1. What is our minimum order?
1,000 pieces or $250.00, which ever is greater.

2. What is our standard lead-time?
90% of the orders placed with us are in stock and ship within 24 hours. Backordered items are quoted at time of inquiry.

3. How are our parts packaged?
1,000 pieces per box.

4. What raw materials do we manufacture with?
Metal: mostly brass and steel. Plastic: nylon and Acetyl.

5. What finishes are available?
Most of the metal product line are plated in Bright Nickel or black zinc chromate; other finishes such as black oxide for military projects and various apparel type finishes such as Bright Brass, Antique Brass, Matte Nickel are available and may require minimum orders and lead-times

6. Can we do specials?
Yes, these will require minimum orders and lead-times.  We can assist you in the design and engineering of plastic and metal buckles and fasteners. We have the ability to tool your special item and the facilities to manufacture those items once the design and development phases are completed. Our plastic components are available in most colors. We also have the ability to do the same with narrow fabrics and produce items to your exact specifications. Our engineering staff can also assist you in designing these items.
